ORCHARD COTTAGE for two is detached, single storey and has a large living room with a galley
kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath/WC and double bedroom with door
to its own small patio area. There is a futon bed settee in the lounge. ETC 4 Star
POINTS PARK COTTAGE is a cottage for two with a double bedroom and bathroom with shower over
bath/wc on the ground floor; the kitchen and lounge are upstairs, giving
views over the surrounding countryside. There is a bed settee
in the lounge for two, if required. ETC 4 Star
WELL PARK COTTAGE is
a spacious cottage for six with one double bed, one twin and a bunk
bedroom with full size beds, together with a bathroom with shower over
bath/wc on the first floor. On the ground floor are hall, large lounge
and kitchen/diner. ETC 4 Star.
PITTY PARK COTTAGE also
provides accommodation for six, with one double, one twin and a bunk
bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath/wc on the first floor. On the
ground floor is a hall, kitchen and lounge/diner. ETC 4 Star.
ALL COTTAGES are furnished to the high standard of the English Tourism Council.
The fitted kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator,
toaster, kettle and a comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery and cooking
equipment. Heating in all rooms.

Colour television. Non-allergic duvet and pillows. Full bed linen will be provided.
Adjacent is a laundry room with automatic washing machine, tumble dryer
and ironing facilities. There is also a pay telephone.
