* No Smoking inside the Cottages
* The kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and a comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment.
* Heating in all rooms. No charge for electricity.
* Full bed linen is provided, non-allergic duvets and pillows.
* Towels are available at extra cost (£3.00 per set) Please request when booking.

* Welcome tray of home baked scones on arrival

* No pets are allowed except well-behaved dogs if agreed with us in advance.
* Dogs must be up to date with inoculations and must have been recently wormed. They must also be kept under close control while here because of livestock on the farm.
