* All Cottages are furnished to the high standard of the English Tourist Council.
* No Smoking inside the Cottages
* The kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and a comprehensive range of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment.
* Heating in all rooms. No charge for electricity.
* Full bed linen is provided, non-allergic duvets and pillows.
* Towels are available at extra cost (£3.00 per set) Please request when booking.
* Shaver points.
* Hair dryer provided in each cottage
* Welcome tray of home baked scones on arrival
* Colour Television, DVD, video player and Hi Fi.
* Baby sitting can be arranged subject to availability.
* Cot, High chair and stair-gates are provided free of charge, please request when making booking.

* No pets are allowed except well-behaved dogs if agreed with us in advance.
* Dogs must be up to date with inoculations and must have been recently wormed. They must also be kept under close control while here because of livestock on the farm.
*We regret that no dogs are allowed between 31st July & 28th August
* Superb choice of restaurants and pubs close by.
* Leisure centre with indoor and outdoor pools at Ivybridge. There are also pools in Plymouth and Kingsbridge.
* Adjacent is a laundry room with automatic washing machine/tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
